Structure Model

The ERYLINk is a network of both individuals and other people representing organisations which support people living within the East Riding of Yorkshire. It is organised by a central body of volunteers, The Lead Group, similar to how trustees run charities, which is in turn supported by the ERYLINk staff team at the Humber & Wolds Rural Community Council (HWRCC).

There are various sub-group set up to address particular areas of work, all feeding back to the Lead Group, which then interacts with commissioning managers of health and social care service providers. Very importantly, all of the ERYLINk elements will have contact with people in our community to ensure that we are looking at issues of concern to them at all times. You can find information about the work of the sub-groups, including Terms of Reference and minutes (once ratified) under the ‘Meetings’  heading on this website.
