If you have an interest in social care, or health care issues in the East Riding of Yorkshire, you can join us.
Individual Membership
Because there is a LINk for each Local Authority area in the country, in order for you to be a member of the ERYLINk you need to live in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
Importantly though, if you live outside the areas, for example in Hull itself, but receive a significant amount of your social or health care within the county (i.e mental health services, social services, a GP, dentist, or optician) then you can also be an ERYLINk member.
People who don’t live in East Yorkshire and don’t use primary care services can become LINk Associates. Associates will receive information and be invited to attend events but can not vote on LINk issues or stand/vote for elections to the LINk Steering Group.
Please download a copy of our registration form ERYLINk Membership Form May 2010 and post it back to us to join. If you have any problem, please ring us and we can complete the form for you. We are pleased to help. There is a freepost address which is shown on the form. Please remember to sign your form before you send it back to us.
Voluntary and Community Groups Membership
Voluntary and community groups based in, or who work for people living in the East Riding of Yorkshire can also be an ERYLINK member. Your group will need to nominate a representative who can vote on LINk issues and will be the main point of contact for information. Additional people (staff, volunteers, trustees) from a group can also become LINk Associates.
What’s the Difference between being a LINk Member and a LINk Associate?
Link Members will receive information and be invited to attend events and can vote on LINk issues and stand/vote for elections to the LINk Lead Group.
LINk Associates will receive information and be invited to attend events but can not vote on LINk issues or stand/vote for elections to the LINk Lead Group.
How much time will it take?
It’s up to you how much time you devote to the LINk. You may just want to be kept informed of our work via a newsletter, or spend a few minutes responding to a survey. Or you may want to get more involved and attend LINk Forums, stand for election to the Lead Group or attend regular committee meetings. ERY LINk will help you be involved in any way you wish. It’s up to you.

Joining is simple, quick and free. You can either :
- Download an individuals or an organisations registration form and return it to the LINk office by post, fax or e-mail
- Contact the LINK office and ask to be sent a LINk registration form
- Fill in the basic form below.
